The King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion: The All-Purpose Baking Cookbook

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes, and a very nice thing to have warm with a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. It's pretty fast and easy to make and is extremely delicious (the streusel topping is incredible).
