About me: I live in Colorado and cook for my family; my husband, my 20-year-old daughter (who is in college), and my 18-year-old son (a VERY picky eater). I love cookbooks and have quite a collection but am always looking to add more. I have been known to take a cookbook to bed and read it before falling asleep. Lately, I have found myself getting a lot of recipes off the internet and not using my cookbooks much. I would like to change this. I am anxious for this site to take off (and it will) and for the volume of recipe reviews to grow. It is such a great idea!

Skillet Blueberry Cobbler from Weber's Real Grilling

Excellent. We did overcook it slightly on the grill but we just need to get better at grill baking! Served it to a group of 5 and everyone loved it. read more >

A wonderful dish with great flavor. I have made this for the family for years and it is a big hit. I have also taken this to friends when bringing in meals - it always gets raves. Great for leftovers!

Wonderful. I like to make 2 round cake pans and bake at 300 for one hour.
