Chicken, Wide Rice, and Tarragon : page 94
Very good but I thought it was too much chicken and would add more rice next time to balance this.

Chipotle Shrimp Wontons : page 41
These were easy and good. I made the wontons a day in advance and then filled them right before I served them. This worked well. You do only need one chipotle pepper also - just a little bit in each wonton is enough.

Elegant Breakfast Strata : page 129
Very good. Made for Christmas brunch and it smelled wonderful. I put it together the night before and baked while we were opening gifts - it was perfect for this. Everyone liked it too. It is quite hearty with the tomatoes and gouda.

We loved this!! I use corn meal instead of polenta.
