Really delicious. It's basically a vegetarian version of french onion soup and really has great flavour.

My 4 year old son chose this soup over homemade chicken noodle!

Wonderful, fast recipe. I started to feel a cold coming on and decided to make this soup and I immediately felt better.

I definitely recommend having all the ingredients ready to go next to the stove, because making this goes quickly.

The hot paprika definitely makes it spicy. You can play around with the ratios to suit your tastes.
