Carrot-Zucchini Kugel : page 196

This recipe was a big hit. Definitely use a food processor to grate the zucchini and carrot. I made it up a day in advance and it baked up beautifully.

Inspiration Soup : page 27

This soup was weird. The marinated artichoke hearts added a vinegary taste to the soup that was sort of strange. My husband called this soup "pickle soup." I will not be making this recipe again.
