These are simple tasty cookies. The texture is a little grainy, but that could be because I used almond meal instead of almond flour.

This is a very simple soup recipe that comes together very quickly. Saute some leeks, add pistachios, garlic, salt and some cumin. Simmer with broth for a few minutes and then puree with mint. We like this soup very much served with a squeeze of lemon and a little bit of greek yogurt. This made for an easy weeknight dinner.
