I thought this was delicious! I hesitated on several points - tahini? Raw shallots? Honey dijon? Decided to stick with the recipe and glad I did - it was tangy, salty and fresh (with the peppers and cucumbers). I did use oven roasted cherry tomatoes.

This is excellent! I only had 8.5 oz log of goat cheese so I used 3 oz cream cheese to keep the flavors balanced. The only thing I will do differently next time is either omit the fig jam or be more carful which one I reach for - the one I used was far too sweet (even with the salty olives), though I only used a fraction of whats called for. The balsamic, shallots, sun dried tomatoes and honey provide enough sweetness in this dish.

This is a delicious vegan dish. Next time I may add a little more spice (cayenne specifically).

Mine were a little puffier/bread-ier than the ones pictures but no complaints! These came together easily, dough was soft and pliable without being sticky and they cooked up perfectly in the times given. I did use a mix of Gouda and cheddar but otherwise stuck to the recipe.
