Used this recipe to make Epicurious' Oven Dried Tomato Tart with Goat Cheese and Black Olives. This is a bit brittle and I had to make several repairs when transferring it to the tart pan. I par baked this for 20 minutes with pie weights and an additional 12 minutes with out - that was a few minutes too long for this crust (8 minutes would have been plenty). I followed the Epi recipe pretty closely and baked for 25 minutes (last 12 with crust tented). This was a nice variation for this tart that I make so often - buttery and crisp with cornmeal crunch.

Great take on chicken and rice soup. I used rice that was already cooked and poured the soup over so it may not have been as thick as it should have but it was very satisfying.

These are wonderful! I appreciated their subtle sweetness, and light rosemary flavor. Because they weren't so sweet they still tasted great after icing/decorating. Dough was very easy to work with and they held their shape while baking.

These are tasty and light with wonderful crisp texture and just the right amount of chew. This recipe can now be found here https://www.food.com/recipe/light-crisp-waffles-491929
