| I love this recipe. It is the best chicken piccata I have found. I just add 1/2 cup of white wine before the broth and deglaze the pan for a couple of minutes. Other than that, I follow the recipe. |
| This is such a good recipe. I added a bit more red pepper for some heat. You just cook shrimp in a pan, and set aside, then sauté onions. Then, add wine, canned diced tomatoes and garlic and simmer, then add shrimp, and season. Sooooo easy and soooo good!

| I made this recipe w/ steamed cauliflower for a low carb side. It was sooo good. I steamed the cauliflower then added the cream, butter, cream cheese, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper. I didn't measure, just added all of the yummy goodness. Then, I pureed it w/ an immersion blender. Delicious! |

| Really good. I did not put the potatoes back in the skins, but instead just baked them in a dish, and put cheese and bacon on top. I doubled the butter and sour cream. Soooooo yummy! I am from Texas and thought they were a little too spicy for the general public. Next time, I'll use one jalapeño.

| So good! You just sauté the onions, carrots and chuck roast, then deglaze the pan, and cook with red wine and beef broth for a few hours in oven. So good and so easy! I added mushrooms like she suggested. |
| Really good. You mix up a herb olive oil mixture that you add to grilled lamb. I made it in 20 minutes. It was different and very tasty. Definitely recommend! |
