Lamb Chops with Salsa Verde

Really good. You mix up a herb olive oil mixture that you add to grilled lamb. I made it in 20 minutes. It was different and very tasty. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Pot Roast

So good! You just sauté the onions, carrots and chuck roast, then deglaze the pan, and cook with red wine and beef broth for a few hours in oven. So good and so easy! I added mushrooms like she suggested.

Really good. I did not put the potatoes back in the skins, but instead just baked them in a dish, and put cheese and bacon on top. I doubled the butter and sour cream. Soooooo yummy! I am from Texas and thought they were a little too spicy for the general public. Next time, I'll use one jalapeño.

I made this recipe w/ steamed cauliflower for a low carb side. It was sooo good. I steamed the cauliflower then added the cream, butter, cream cheese, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper. I didn't measure, just added all of the yummy goodness. Then, I pureed it w/ an immersion blender. Delicious!

Chicken Picatta

I love this recipe. It is the best chicken piccata I have found. I just add 1/2 cup of white wine before the broth and deglaze the pan for a couple of minutes. Other than that, I follow the recipe.

Shrimp Fra Diavolo

This is such a good recipe. I added a bit more red pepper for some heat. You just cook shrimp in a pan, and set aside, then sauté onions. Then, add wine, canned diced tomatoes and garlic and simmer, then add shrimp, and season. Sooooo easy and soooo good!
