These are good because the rosemary gives them a different twist.Great with a cup of tea.I will use regular dried apricots next time my filling was too dark with the unsulfered apricots.

Delicious,I did find it tricky to stick the top crust to the frozen bottom crust but it worked out just fine.I needed to bake mine for 1 1/2 hours but I'm at 6000 ft.elv.so that might be the reason.

I thought that these were very time consuming and swore that I would never make again.But they are so delicious and good looking that I must reconsider.These need to be made in steps.I would cut the rolling mixture in half next time.

I agree with bab56,too much sugar,turns into a cupcake,which is not a bad thing just not a muffin.Next time I will cut back the sugar also.
