Dear LORD this was delicious! It was quick, simple, not a lot of chopping and super out of this world and we will be making again, doubling the ingredients (portion sizes super small)...this is the kind of recipe that keeps recipe fanatics going. Gems like this! Worth hunting down this book on ebay or something.
