Delicious, but not exactly the healthy option - pork chops with creamed cabbage, topped with cheese. No specific type of cream was recommended so I used creme fraiche, which in combination with the wine provided a hint of sharpness. The cheese was a nice addition but could probably be omitted, or maybe replaced by a breadcrumb topping.
