Mighty Spice Cookbook: Fast, Fresh and Vibrant Dishes Using No More Than 5 Spices for Each Recipe

I love this cookbook. The first weekend, I made three recipes and all came out fantastic. The instruction is easy and the dishes, while they may seem a bit complex at times, are surprisingly simple to put together and taste fantastic. Each recipe is supposed to use 5 spices or less, which makes it easy for folks experimenting with something new -- you don't have to go crazy buying ingredients you may not have on hand. I especially love the suggested menu pairings in the book. Makes it easy to put together an exotic dinner of complementing dishes.
