Oat Bread : page 29

Very good for bread machine bread. I made a medium loaf. My oat bran was expired, but smelt ok so I used it. Used the vital gluten.
Very high loaf, very tasty. It was so good, we had it for dessert.

Semolina Bread : page 77

Made the 1-1/2# loaf. It was very high. Tasty bread; kept fairly well. It was strangely crumbly, even when fresh and most, so not the best for sandwiches perhaps.

Whole Wheat with Bran : page 81

This is our favorite ABM whole wheat bread right now. I always do it on Whole Wheat Rapid. (Am I the only one who's noticed that breads done on Rapid are better than those done with the regular timing.?) I generally use wheat bran, since I'm out of oat bran and haven't found it in France yet.

Za'atar Bread : page 239

Basic/Rapid/M/d
Pretty good bread. Next texture and crust. Not 100% sure of the za'atar, but think it will be good with butter for breakfast.
