Quite tasty and easy. Usually I kind of steer away from French interpretations of Indian food since they seem a bit wimpy, but this wasn't bad at all.
You need to mince the onion very fine so it cooks in the time the salmon does. I might even consider blitzing all the marinade ingredients next time.
I didn't add the herbes de provence at the end; that seems like an odd touch, but could be worth a try.
