Black Pudding in Pastry with Mustard Sauce : page 146

Sausage rolls with boudin noir. (No morcilla in the shop lately, so I used a locally made boudin noir.)

Good, but probably won't make this again. It's easy just to sauté the sausages till they're done. The pastry is a calorie-rich frill.
