Parmesan Meat Loaf : page 64

This is the recipe where I learned that meat loaf cooks up really well in the crockpot. It's a good recipe, but I expect you could your regular recipe without a problem. Seven hours on Low. Bingo. Here you add a sauce of tomato sauce, butter, and oregano and cook a final 15 minutes on High. Nice touch.
