Spicy Thai Cucumber Salad : page 46

Very good. I think this is better than the Cucumber Salad from Delightful Thai Cooking that I usually make, and not that more difficult. (I need to make a note there, so I do this one again.)

Thai Stir-Fried Long Beans : page 169

Pretty good and easy to assemble.
Made a halfish recipe with haricots verts. They needed a bit more to cook than indicated. No kaffir lime leaves.
