The Healthy Cuisine of India: Recipes from the Bengal Region

Quite good, but portions are an issue. Since the recipe is advertised as serving four, I'd planned to make a half recipe. As I started prepping, I released that it would serve only two. That it did, nicely, but with only two hard-boiled eggs, rather than four, since that's what I had.
My cauliflower bits took longer to cook than the recipe suggests; probably I left them too big.
