Key to Chinese Cooking

Sliced Pork with Tiger Sauce : page 330

A favorite, this is as closed as I've found to a Thai dish called Tiger's Cries that we used to get in Houston. That was with beef, this is with pork, but the sauce is very similar.

I make this recipe, using a smaller pork tenderloin with all the sauce, as a main course for two people. It could also be used as part of a multi-dish Chinese meal.
