Daughter requested this for her birthday supper. Delicious version of mac and cheese. Loved the combination of fontina and goat cheese. At first I though it was going to be to soupy but after sitting a few minutes it tightened up nicely. Bacon was a nice addition. I did omit the chicken broth and added more milk instead which was an option in the recipe.
