I love all of the Barefoot Contessa's cookbooks but this is one I have used the most. Many of the recipes fit nicely into our way of cooking and eating. The brown rice,tomatoes and basil salad and the wheatberry salads are great additions to my barbecue menus. The homemade marshmallows are fantastic.
