Baking with Julia Savor the Joys of Baking with America's Best Bakers

This book is based on her PBS series of the same name. It is a good book because the recipes are from many different wonderful bakers. It is large book with instructions that are clearly written, it also has many beautiful pictures. If you can find the DVD with PBS series, it's great to watch bake with Julia.
