Baked Sriracha Chicken Breast from Washington Post

So easy and quite delicious. I was careful with the Sriracha--didn't want it o be too peppery. As I was baking it in convection, I lowered the temp a bit. Result is very juicy and tender chicken. read more >

Cannellini Bean Dip : page 10

This is classic Pepin--very simple, minimal ingredients (though I use dried beans, not canned) and a great result. Delicious with crackers, crostini or slices of cucumber or other raw veg.

Cilantro Rice : page 185

I made this very simple recipe exactly as written and loved it. Somehow, the use of a minimal amount of olive oil results in a very buttery rice. The proportion of onion to herb to rice is perfect. Also the tip in the headnote regarding freezing fresh cilantro is invaluable--I'm always throwing away partial bunches of wilted cilantro--no more!
