The Elote Cafe Cookbook

I had to make some modifications to the recipe because I didn't have all of the ingredients listed. It didn't matter. This was such a tasty and colorful mix, and it made a great taco. I would definitely try making it again.

The tacos I made with the chorizo verde. They were very good with the suggested additions. I also added pickled onions and pico di gallo to create a super-taco.
