Cook the Book Challenge: Details

1. How it works: Cookbooker invites you to take part in an unique project - to collaboratively cook every recipe in a single cookbook. To participate, submit cookbook reviews, recipe reviews and photographs of your completed recipes from Peter Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day. All reviews and photographs must be original to you.

2. How to participate: Beginning at 12:01am (PST) February 6, 2010 through 11:59pm (PST) April 6, 2010, enter by writing a review or submitting a photograph using the cookbook and recipe review forms at www.cookbooker.com. Participants must register for a member account with Cookbooker in order to submit reviews and photographs to the site. All reviews are subject to the website terms of service, published at www.cookbooker.com/tos.php. Reviews submitted by members prior to the start of the contest as part of their regular participation in Cookbooker are eligible to be considered for prizes, however reviews submitted after the challenge closes are not.

3. Available prizes. Three (3) prizes of James Peterson's Baking, published by Ten Speed Press, will be awarded based on the criteria described below. Approximate Retail Value of $40 each.

Cookbooker staff will select three winners based on three separate criteria:

Reviews are considered to be suitable for item (ii) if they contain a star rating and a written opinion of the recipe which is at least 50 words in length and shows that the reviewer has made the recipe.

4. Restrictions. Winners must provide a mailing address in North America to receive a prize. This mailing address will be shared with Ten Speed Press in order to facilitate shipping of the prize. Employees of Ten Speed Press, Random House, Cookbooker.com, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, trustees, agents, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win any prizes. Anyone, however, may write reviews of recipes on Cookbooker at any time, including the recipes involved in a Cook the Book Challenge, subject to the website Terms of Service.
