This is a quick go-to recipe for me that I use regularly in order to use up curry paste. The recipe recommends Balti paste, but I usually use korma because I like it a bit milder. All it involves is slicing an onion, frying it with the curry paste and then mixing in prawns and chopped tomatoes. I serve it with basmati rice and it's low fat and dead easy.
