I made this for an Indian potluck with my neighbours and it was fantastic. My only compaint is that I could have eaten twice as much paneer. It is incredible that a gallon of milk produces such a small amount of cheese. It is well worth the effort of making the paneer from scratch though, it had far more flavour than any paneer I've ever bought.
