Sovay from Northern England,

Great spiced kebabs with herby tomato and pomegranate chutney. I would not try to incorporate pomegranate seeds in the kebabs themselves next time though, as they are round and slippery and most of them fall out during frying - which is why I've given four stars instead of five.
