These were very flavorful and simple to throw together. I did not add the pork to the processor but massaged the processed aromatics and spices into the pork. These would be great as cocktail sized meatballs grilled on a stick. I used lemongrass powder and ground kaffir lime leaves, as well as lime zest. Didn't make the Thai Sticky Rice but will certainly try that next time.
