Wanting to find an easy millet recipe, I happened across this, and found that I already had all the required ingredients.  The result was quite ok.  Half the corn cooks for a longer time, with the millet (~30 min), and the other half added at the end.  One option is to mix in some cream, I added some 1% milk , and also chives (an option, tarragon is an alternative).
With generous amounts of pepper, this was quite tasty - sweet spots with the corn kernels, in a background of strong pepper, and a creamy grain matrix.
