Let me start out by first saying this English Muffin recipe is awesome. They are better than anything I've had out of a Thomas' English Muffin package or even at restaurants. Very authentic and delicious.

I made these in 2 batches and they are super simple to make. I would recommend getting some english muffin rings, so it takes you less time. Each batch takes about 25 minutes and that can be very time consuming if you only have 1 or 2 muffins rings (I used 2 of the biggest size pastry rings).
