I made a halfish recipe of this with four thighs, although I did use all the chili powder (cayenne) and it was not that hot at all. Very very tasty.

I see this is a Madhur Jaffrey recipe, so I'll have to look to see if it's an any of her books that I have. (That information didn't come through in the print version of the recipe.

Definitely a do-again.
