The egg salad is good, the pickled celery is great. I did not add sugar.

I might try this, I usually put unpicked celery in egg salad. Am I right in thinking coarse dijon means wholegrain?

Wholegrain and coarse mustard is the same, and she's got a picture of it just in case you want to be really sure.
