I knew these would be nothing less than fantastic…it’s what happens when you combine this heavenly mascarpone cream with sweet, juicy local strawberries and pile them into the best cookie tart crust I've ever made.
I made these for our Canada Day celebration on July 1st but it will definitely get repeated throughout the year with different seasonal fruits.
