Super easy chicken broth. I used a whole chicken (cut up) instead of bones, and then gave the cooked meat to my dog. The broth came out very flavorful, bright. I'm not sure that I'd waste all that meat in the future - instead I'll probably save some boneless chicken and make broth with meaty bones.
