Delicious!! For such a showstopper this is deceptively simple. Made with ingredients I always have on hand, and ready in no time, this will be a repeat for sure. Followed directions to the tee and was rewarded with a beautiful, crowd pleaser of a dessert.

Though I am sure this would be great with lamb, I used this sauce as both a marinade and a dressing for skirt steak. It was very good but a bit "sharp" with the red wine vinegar and the lemon juice - next time I will skimp on the vinegar.
