Really disappointing. A waste of four beautiful lamb chops. Meat falling off bones, edible, but not as flavorful as it should have been.
The maftoul was interesting. I've had some around, but this is the first time I've used it. Nice and chewy.

Very simple to make--though a fair bit of chopping. Used legs, wings and breasts (breasts bond and skinned) in place of the 8 eggs called for in the recipe. Stirred it twice during its two hours in the oven; let it sit a bit as directed and then served...
