I made this 7/18/10. I cooked the mushrooms separately as I liked to cook the mushrooms at a high heat to preserve the flavor and juiciness.

I made this 4/11/08 and it was quite good but needed something so I added some white wine. The next day I added some lemon juice and that did the trick.
