Slow Cooker Revolution

I was doubtful that this recipe would be as good as something you could make on the stove top, but it came out well. The beef was tender, the veggies not too mushy and the flavor was very rich. I got this cookbook so my hubby could put together dinner while he was working from home and so far we have been pleased with the results.
