The Engineer of Food at The Cantina of Lost Souls
By Gabriel Augusto Gil
- 2013
What a breath of fresh air! A cook book that entertains while it sneaks hints, tips and recipes into your memory bank, woven into beautiful little stories. Ideal for anyone who hasn't yet built any experience or confidence in the kitchen - off to college for the first time, setting up home, perhaps even after losing a partner.
Well worth a look - if only to pick up some new ideas for cooking even the most basic things, like bacon or chili. The "perfect boiled egg" is exactly that. Perfect!
