My daughter and I enjoyed this. We did think it could use a bit more cheese but we're big cheese lovers. I couldn't find the frozen artichokes in a 10 oz box so had to get them in a 7 oz bag. I'd have liked more artichokes though. I love trying new mac and cheese recipes and I'm happy we tried this one.
