I've never had a Lassi before. It was delicious and a perfect summer evening dessert! I left the optional cardamom out but only because my spice grinder died.

Hey, Did I tell you my favourite thing to put rosewaterr in is shortbread? It's a suggestion in Vcon I think. I's so perfect inside a crispy, buttery cookie!

If only I weren't trying to cut down on the sugar.
