This uses chili powder and nutritional yeast for flavourings. Could have held quite a bit more chili powder though. I will double it next time.

I never would have thought to use chili powder on kale chips. Sounds interesting.

Have you ever done kale chips in a dehydrator? A friend of mine says they come out crispier instead of soggy.

Well they should come out crisp in an oven too. If they're soggy you need to cook them longer! I haven't made them in a dehydrator myself, but I've eaten them dehydrated. They do taste different in a dehydrator, but I'd be hard pressed to describe it. Beefier? Less flaky. I dunno.

Sometimes when I make them I get crispy mixed with slightly soggy. I might be putting too much in one pan and overcrowding.

I do too, but then you just pick out the done ones and pop the rest back in the oven.
