My daughter and I really liked this healthier version of tuna noodle casserole. Easy to make on the stove top. Took a bit longer for the wine to evaporate than suggested but still a fairly quick dish to make.

I liked the fresh mushrooms in this one and that you use skim milk and flour instead of condensed soup for the thickener. The addition of Parmesan and whole wheat bread crumbs was nice as well. We had to add a bit more salt than suggested for our tastes.

We do have a swiss cheese version we like a bit better than this one but overall this one was a success.
