I thought this was very good. The instructions in the recipe were a bit hard to figure out but between my daughter and I we finally got it. We opted for all the toppings except mint, since we don't care for it in soups and such. Both of us agreed that we didn't care for the lime peel in the soup and picked it out. My son doesn't eat cilantro so he left that out of his. We enjoyed the Siracha sauce it this as we like spicy. I think this is one I might make again.
