Sovay from Northern England,

This sounded like a bad idea (shredded cabbage, onion and chilli cooked in a covered pan over a high heat with NO oil and NO liquid) but it worked well - didn't burn and tasted great. The only other ingredients are salt and a little dessicated coconut added for the last few minutes.
