I had to give this a five even though daughter and I like my version of potato salad a bit better. We still enjoyed it but hubby loved it so much he had two helpings which is virtually unheard of. Son enjoyed it too but said next time leave out the celery and a little less dill. I've never made a potato salad with a cooked dressing so this was a new way for me.
