I'm going for excellent but haven't tasted these yet. I'll update when we try them. I made them for my son who loves habaneros. I plan on trying them later in the week in the Pickled Habanero Egg Salad from the same book and maybe next week in the Spicy Brunch Salad with Smoked Ham Hocks also in the same book.
